I was getting ready for the day when I heard these words come into my spirit.
“There’s nothing worse than beating a dead horse.”
Let’s move on with Jesus shall we?
Some things are meant to end.
Their fulfillment has come to pass.
The expiration date has arrived.
Until you let it go, your future assignments may be delayed.
When I first began hearing this I looked at the clock. It was 10:10.
John 10:10
The thief does not come except to steal, to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Your abundant life will require you to release past seasons, past identities, and past expectations.
This may include past churches, past ministries, past roles, or past “inheritances.”
By this I mean, some of you have been walking with a yoke of the enemy by the “passing down” of an earthly inheritance.
It is the hindrance that has “kept” you.
Not everything man passes to you is God’s assignment for you.
It can put to death the faith walk that was required of Abram, “…leave your Father’s house…” (Genesis 12:1)
If you do not, the enemy will be successful in ravaging your promises, holding up your future, snaring your giftings, and stalling, or even killing, your unique Kingdom place of operation.
He knows who He created you to be and even the land to which you are assigned.
He will, however, let you choose.
May today you choose, well, the abundant life waiting for you.
