Nourishing Hart
We are so excited to have Danielle Letizia holding a nutritional class for us called, Nourishing Hart! She has a BS in Health Studies/Community and Education and a MBA-Specialist in Healthcare. She also loves Jesus and helping others take care of their temples.
It has become apparent to us here that God desires us to work on our temples so that we might be ready for His called seasons ahead. ------------------------------------------------

As you invite God into your journey and rely on His wisdom, you can begin to see your body as the sacred gift He created it to be. With prayerful intention and a desire to honor Him through your daily choices, you can better discern what nourishes you physically and spiritually. In this way, your approach to eating becomes not just a lifestyle shift, but a meaningful act of stewardship and worship—one that you can sustain with God’s guidance and grace.
