Take Your Seat

Take Your Seat

Take Your Seat

You will not walk into this season trying to prove what has already been proven.

You will not bend to the opinions of men. For you are positioned in Christ.

The “I AM that I AM” has already declared who I am, and who you are.

The case has been closed.

The matter settled.

The record noted.

I can hear the gavel slam onto the judges bench.

“Court is adjourned.”

There will be no turning back.

Set your face like flint.

You are wiser now and you have a job to do.

Jesus has retrained your eye sight through the seasons of affliction meant to wound you beyond repair.

But when you rose again you were unrecognizable. God had done an unseen work and the enemy unknowingly became a mere tool Heaven used to reposition you.

Your heart was softened.

Your ears are fine-tuned.

Your love deeper, still.

Your boundaries are built on the solid Rock.

Psalm 16:5-8

O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup;
You maintain my lot.

The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;Yes, I have a good inheritance.

I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel;
My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.

I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.

Your hands were trained for war

Your fingers were prepared for battle

Your mindset fixed on Thee

Your roots fully secured

Your lane is clearly defined.

Your mantle has changed.

Your mission remains

Heaven proclaims

The Glory of His name.

You have gone from glory to glory and strength to strength.

Now, take your seat.

No more pressure from the devil’s needle

Or misuse from misplaced steeples

No manipulation from Jezebelic people

The King has called you deeper.

No more voices calling you to become a shadow of who you are.

Nope.

God is establishing the one He formed in the womb.

The “I AM that I AM” has pointed out your position and pulled out your seat at His table.

All you need to do now is sit down in it.

Surrender to it.

And say, “Yes, Lord.”

As I write this I can see a set of blueprints being rolled out across the King’s table. He is giving you divine instruction and His building plans are now before you.

Your seat was blood bought.

Purchased in full.

Gifted by the Lamb of God

It is a holy place.

The very place of your occupation.

Your assigned missions.

Heaven’s declaration of your days written before you were even one day old.

You are a living witness.

A written epistle.

It is time to…

Take your seat.

Wave off the devilish whispers.

Wave off the worldly mixture.

Wave off the peasant mindset.

You are seated in heavenly places.

A co-heir called to co-share.

You’ll share in His goodness.

You’ll share in His mercy.

You’ll share in His harvest.

You’ll share in His mysteries.

You’ll share in His spiritual riches.

Yet, you’ll also share in His griefs and His burdens.

Will you, still, take your seat?

At some point there must be an agreement of who the “I AM that I AM”says you are and a very clear understanding that…

…anything less will never do.
