For a few days this old poem I wrote has been on my heart. Perhaps you need it today. Believe Him for more…not less.

Oceans & Seas

Oh precious Lord indeed

I’ve only for little believed

For I have asked for streams

When oceans are reserved for me.

A little did seem like a lot

So little I expected of Thee

And little was mere unbelief 

And Your heart was caused to bleed.

Forgive me, Lord, for lack of faith

For it was even hidden from me

For I had set You small boundaries

When You had in mind expanded territories.

So today I bend both my knees

And pour out my heart on the altar, please

Thanking You now for deep, vast seas

Being fully persuaded you’ll meet every need.
