In this season we best be like Jesus willing to turn to the friend, Peter, and say, “Satan, get thee behind me.”
For the angel of light knows how to manifest in a way that might pull at our heartstrings and with those who even hold our hearts at times.
If you can’t call it out then you will be kept by the enemy in that very place of hindrance.
Or better yet,
Learn to deal with that taunting spirit following every move you make-unashamedly turn around and command that spirit to come out at once.
Our “nice” Christianity will have to reckon with devils even if they are wrapped in flesh. The enemy has counted on our misuse of grace and love to get, often, the upper hand.
It is a misunderstood gospel that excuses demonic behavior rather than confronting it.
In this-I’ve decided, if the devil decides to come through flesh to get to me, I will not hesitate to raise the righteous sword entrusted to me.
Not just for my sake but also for theirs.
This is a life and death matter, Saints.
My back, at times, maybe turned, but the Lord is always my rearguard.
Therefore, in the name of Jesus and all that He stands for, I am coming with a sword in both hands and I fully intend to cut the head off of the serpents hissing in my view.
It doesn’t make me a bad person or less kind and gentle. It makes me a soldier in a war for truth that requires a spiritual battle.
It’s time that we learn the difference between the two.
