The ark was a place of protection and safety for Noah’s family.
The basket which renders “ark” that Moses was placed in by his mother also points to the same word used in Noah’s ark.
The ark is a place of His protection. His provision. His presence.
The ark could withstand a massive flood and onslaught that was destructive and full of death.
Often times God has provided for us an ark-type place meant to serve His purposes. It is the place of His anointing and His power. A place His work advances and a place where your gifts come alive because of the unique anointing you have in Christ.
Yet, we go through seasons where we’ve strayed from that personal ark, or basket.
Another way of putting it is we’ve moved outside our appointed lane.
There went safety. Provision. Protection.
Here came fatigue, weakness, and a stalling of what God has called you to.
Remaining under the shelter of His wings is critical. I sure don’t need a mountain that I’m climbing, but He is not climbing with me.
So who among us has removed ourselves from that assigned ark?
That very place where your purpose thrives and there is a transformation of lives.
The place where power has been consistent, and His presence has been sure and sweet.
The grass on the other side might very well be green, but that is not necessarily your vineyard.
Return to your own land of fruit.
It might have been subtle at first, but one day you looked up, and your ark was left unattended or slightly neglected. You didn’t mean to. It just happened slowly.
Then in a flash, God puts before you the precious faces that you are responsible for. Those that need you to return in full capacity to your work.
Their very lives count on it.
I think it’s time to get back into your own ark. That is the safest place for you and the Kingdom work He has called you to in this hour.
The delay has been self-induced.
You’ve been looking for more, but the more was always right in front of you.
