Listen…
Some left your life without thinking it all the way through. It’s best to stand in grace in case God does a heavenly heart awakening.
Some left even thinking it was God, but deception was a tool of the devil, and that religious spirit divided loyalties. They are now missing the gift that you were meant to be in their lives. The truth has a way of coming back around with Jesus.
Some left because they didn’t know how to stay. They just didn’t have the capacity to love you well. There was a deficiency in their heart, not in yours.
Some left because their work in your life was completed, and perhaps it’s one of the hardest to survive…because it was good…but no longer God.
Some left because you decided to no longer be used. They could no longer take and take from you. They left, yes, but honestly, you just got healthy and learned good boundaries.
Some left because God was protecting you from an impure motive of the heart. You didn’t see it, but God did.
Some left because you stirred up the devils in them. The Spirit-filled believer will wreck a room just by entering. Don’t worry, it wasn’t you…it was Jesus. He has a tendency of doing that.
But here’s the deal…
Some stayed.
They walked with you through every tear and every heart pain. They made you get up when you wanted to give up. They listened. They cared. They cried when you cried and laughed when you did that too.
You’re important to them, and they will fight for you, just like Jesus. They cherish you and you are valuable to them.
Sometimes we tend to forget the ones who stayed because of the pain from the ones who left.
