There’s a sound of deliverance
That reckons the soul
Gentle and pure yet a piercing of notes.
Where altars are filled with the sound of deep cries
Wailing and weeping as freedom takes flight.
Darkness and demons ripped from ones life
Hearts healed under Christ’s surgical knife
Fierce is the battle yet sweet from on high
When He approaches His imprisoned bride.
Wrestling is touchy
To watch the despair
But one must let Father carry them there
Finishing the work of binding the wounds
Rush not the process ..let Him consume.
One after one a “hush” can be seen
Hands gently lift with music serene
Praise and rejoicing with voice now lift high
The broken contrite spirit He does not despise.
This is what I saw Christ do at Jacob’s Well Ministries in Poplarville, Mississippi. I want to tell you friends Christ is still in the deliverance ministry…and when He sets you free…you are free indeed…
