I am so mindful of the many in battles this evening. I am so honored to get to pray for and with broken hearts almost daily. I have been stirred by the Lord in intercession for many. Prayer must be a central part of our walk with Jesus.
Never before have I felt such a tug of heart to pray without ceasing for those lives in turmoil and pain.
I am learning about the Lord’s heart for humanity. His compassion for the lost. His call to cry out to Heaven and know He will answer.
Many messages come through asking if I can help with grief’s and pains. I can only because He can. Christ can give a burden of prayer along with instruction on how to pray. The life of prayer is an active one, whereby there is communication between us and Heaven. Prayer is a direct line to Christ Jesus and the amazing work of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. His mindfulness of us is astounding, still, to me.
The manner at which our Savior bows low even today to sing over a sleeping and hurting heart. The way He cherishes so deeply when we gather and speak of Him to the point of writing our words on a scroll of remembrance. Think on that for just a moment. He delights in us.
There is no heart I gaze upon that He isn’t purely in love with. There are none who fall short of His glory that do not still have His fullness of love. Wrap your mind around that one and try to reason it out. You can’t. On my best days, I’m quite unlovable. Yet, to Him, I’m not.
The same is for you.
What mercy is ours should we take hold of it. What land of life awaits us should we allow ourselves to be bound by His love and lost in His grace.
May we sit long and listen intently to His heart. For He has mysteries to share with us in His perfect timing. The more I drink of His word and presence, the more I realize the beauty of working for Him. The sheer pleasure of loving and hugging. Holding and listening. Tending and mending. Caring and sharing.
The more I learn to walk with Him, the more I learn to walk with others.
