What does one do when Christ calls
When assignments seem tall as a wall
One sets his face then to seek
As Nehemiah and Ezekiel indeed.
For face down you must now go
Leaving the world and it’s clothes
Removing thyself from the noise
Shut thyself behind closed doors.
For now is the time waited for
Where Christ says “Come” there is more
Lives and hearts now depend
On you obeying Christ’s wind.
The Call has resounded so clear
And many will laugh and jeer
Yet Christ has ordained your very life
So set now thy face in the night.
