The Unmatchable Name

There is no comparison that can be made

To the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

For every demon of Hell must bow

His name brings power and might.

Do you know what you hold in this earthen vessel

Or do you shrink back in fright

No weapon formed shall prosper you see

Believe what you preach tonight.

Train your hands for war O’ Church

This is no time for games

The enemy comes to steal, kill, destroy

But Christ in you still reigns.

Resist the darkness and speak to its grip

The power is in you to win

And every principality straight from Hell

“Be Silent!” you shall among men.

Arise we must and train our hands

For we have left open our gates

And while we stood with idle words

The devil brought friends to play.

I cancel the assignments upon my life

Serving notice the enemy of my soul

In the unmatched name of Jesus Christ

I command every devil to, “GO!”
