I’m sending rain

For many who thirst

In need of heavenly sunshine.

Do stretch thy leaves

That they may link

Others now side by side.

The gentle wind

So cool and crisp

Yet warmed from Father’s love.

Let dead leaves drop

And fall away

New life is sprouting buds.

Your petals closed

From evenings light

With dew dried now from His sun.

Awaken O sleeper

With fragrant scent

Your petals breathe in fresh light.

Unfold they do

One now two

With beautiful colors so bright.

Drink now afresh

The season anew

Leaving the old behind.
