Proverbs 31 Bible Study

There is a beautiful story of the bride and the bridegroom within Proverbs 31. For too long it has been used as a standard for women which is not entirely accurate.  Just like Song of Solomon and other stories within the Old Testament, we see a lovely foreshadowing of Christ and His bride.

When we look at WISDOM in the Word of God, “she” is used to describe it. The bride is often a reference to the bride of Christ throughout all scripture, yet, for some reason, we pulled this passage that is for both men and women as the bride and lorded it over women.

Let us pick apart this passage and dive deeper into what it means line by line. As we cross-reference and really look at it, you will see such a more beautiful story that is all about the bride and the bridegroom.
