There is a Love

There is a love where water flows

You’ll never thirst when it’s your home

That broken space that’s hidden deep

Seen by Christ He tends the need.

The never-ending daily chores

Shall become second to the Lord

He’ll lead you into harvest lands

When you loose your tightened hands.

He sees in you what you do not

You were made for more, dear heart

Until it is your final breath

Christ has you a treasure chest.

Sorrows that have so consumed

He will use for Heaven’s brew

Can you give them all to Thee

So you can walk completely free?

We rejoice the risen King

Lift your voice, and please do sing

But know that life did come through death

And we all follow His footsteps.

But just as Christ was raised again

Washing white the sins of man

By His blood He offered you

The greatest plan and life anew.

A seat saved by the table host

Full of royal priestly clothes

Won’t you come and claim your seat

You won’t regret -RSVP.

The greatest love you’ll ever know

Pulls from pits our earthly souls

Longing us to see His heart

And that His love bears nail-pierced scars.
